Alison is the practice owner and qualified from the University of Dundee in 2020. She particularly enjoys restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
Outside of work, Alison plays netball, enjoys going to the gym and watching motorsports. She likes to spend time with her two border collies and travelling.

Brian graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 1992. He was brought up in Rosyth and has worked in his hometown for over 30 years. Brian enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, especially restorative work and oral surgery.
In his spare time Brian enjoys cycling, hillwalking, live music and time with his family.

Niamh graduated from the University of Dundee in 2025 and enjoys all aspects of dentistry. She enjoys treating children and supporting anxious patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease during their appointments.
Outside of work, Niamh enjoys yoga, spending time with her cockapoo, and socialising with friends.

Thelma qualified in 1980 from Glasgow Dental Hospital. Primarily she helps patients prevent oral disease and has worked with the practice since 2008. She has helped trainee and qualified dental nurses extend their duties covering Childsmile and oral health qualifications. Thelma enjoys seeing happy dental visits and feels fortunate working with the friendly and hardworking team at Palace Dental Care.
Outside of work she enjoys keeping fit by walking and going to the gym.
Kerri started training as a dental nurse in 2013 gaining her NEBDN in 2015. She then qualified as a Childsmile nurse in 2017. Kerri is very passionate about her role and enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially oral surgery. She is particularly good at dealing with nervous patients and children.
Outside of work Kerri mostly enjoys spending time with her young son, travelling together on trips around Europe. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering at her local community hub, hillwalking and generally being outdoors.
Demi joined the practice in 2020 as a trainee dental nurse and qualified in 2022. She is passionate about her job and likes to keep busy. She enjoys working in surgery and also helping on reception. She gets great satisfaction seeing patients happy with the final result of their treatment.
In her spare time Demi likes to keep fit by running and going to the gym. She enjoys travelling, festivals, dogs and socialising with friends.
Jodie joined the practice as a trainee dental nurse in 2021 and qualified in 2023. She loves chatting to patients and making them feel more comfortable. Jodie enjoys all aspects of dentistry and finds it particularly rewarding when a patient is happy with the outcome of their treatment.
In her spare time Jodie loves going out socialising with her friends and going on holidays.
Ashleigh qualified as a dental nurse in 2019 and has gained experience in practices across Fife and Edinburgh. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, particularly seeing patients regain confidence in their smile and health after treatment.
In her spare time Ashleigh enjoys going to the gym, running and spending time with her family and sausage dog.
Aimee joined the practice in 2024 as a trainee dental nurse, qualifying in 2026. She enjoys being a dental nurse and finds all aspects of general dentistry interesting. She finds working in a team very rewarding.
Outside of work Aimee enjoys going to the gym and spending time with family and friends.
Laura has worked in dentistry for over 20 years in many different roles including Childsmile nurse, dental nurse, patient co-ordinator and now our receptionist. Laura loves to chat and make our patients feel welcome.
Outside of work she likes to go to gigs and spend time with her family and friends.
